ITunes prompts?

I have ITunes on my laptop and my computer, so I was just wondering if these were different versions, or simply an option that I had unwittingly tweaked.

The one on my computer has the prompt when you click "clear" on songs in the library to: 1) cancel, 2) move to recycle bin, and 3) keep files. The one on my laptop just clears it from the library immediately without the three options which I want.

I want that prompt on the ITunes which is on my computer to also pop up for my laptop, but I'm just unsure. Also, it takes a while to reinstall ITunes, and I'm not sure if it's the version or anything like that.
