How To Get Good Channel's With My Satellite

Hey,

I know this is a bit off topic, but Where can I find frequency's for good channel's to add to my Satellite channel list?

My Parent's just bought a New Satellite, they got a "Strong, SRT 4620, Free-To-Air Digital Satellite Receiver" a "Strong, SRT 118, 2.4 GHz Wireless Audio/Video Sender" and a "DiSEqC 1.2 Positioner". In our channel list, they only have pretty much Asian channel's, but I want more better ones, like american channels on it. I asked them to add good channel's, but they refuse to, since im still in school.

Anyways, I was hoping, does anyone have a good website or anything that could tell me some good channel's and their frequency's so, I can add them to my channel list, I'm kinda not enjoying this Chinese MTV as much. I tried searching on google, but the websites were really confusing me and their weren't really any good channel's, I dont think.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,
Many Thanks,
~Kwan

Jam it back in, in the dark.
