1) In the series, the first season, when Lina has 'that time of the month' and cant use her powers, and the fun that ensues for a few episodes.
though, if you include the OVAs the every FIRST time Lina meets Naga, was BRILLIAN! Naga standing on top of the burning building, and not thinking of a way to get down. and then trying to cast a spell and having her shoulder spikes prick her in the cheek! that was awesome

2)Azumanga daioh! GOD i couldnt stand that anime, and everybody from school was telling me it was SO great, it took me 3 times to finish watching the first episode all the way through, i just fell asleep or got bored with it.

3) I actually watch a lot of dubs, just cause I'm lazy and for fact that some of them are quite good, though some make me want to stab kittens and kick puppies(Dilando in Escalfowne). But honestly, I'd have to say Hellsing is one of my fav dubs, but there are several i watch in English cause the Japanese female voices start to annoy me after some time.

4) Excluding Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon and DBZ(4am every morning when i was like 8), Escaflowne was the first anime I every watched(but only the first 10 episodes thank you Fox), after that I'd venture to say the first anime i actually finished watching was Outlaw Star when it aired on Cartoon network years ago.

5) My music playlist...

6) Working with digital circuits, thats currently my favorite class, of the 3 years of Electrical Engineering I have under my belt. So working with those either hands on or designing would be great for me!

7) I'm incredibly OCD, especially about kitchens, a dirty kitchen makes me lose my mind. I done the dishes and cleaned my friends apartment before seeing how disputing its been(he does the dishes once a week).

8)Only one i can think of off the top of my head is the Gundam series. I honestly haven't seen that many from that time.

9)The moment the first time watching an anime(and if it can do it if you have already seen it bonus points!) can send chills up your spine for being creepy or insightful or how it does it. (i like the psychological thriller type stuff)

10) I cant say i really have one, if you looked at my playlist right now I have Madonna, Linkin Park, KT Tunstall, Maroon 5, MELL, H.O.T., flow, DJ Sammy, Engima, Don McLean, Fallout boy Evanscence, Boys to Men, Flogging molly, Glukoza, John Denver, Kelly Clarkson, Jeff Buckley, James Blunt, Klaus Badelt, Lonestar, Mecano, Raslce Flatts, Spoon Randy Travis, Weird Al, Vanilla Ninja, 3 Doors Down, Yuki Kajura, Two-Mix, stuff by Bach, Beethoven ... i have ~300 songs on the playlist.... of all genres but Rap(I have some R&B)

I could if i really wanted to...i have big eyebrows, and i have a lighter, and i ahve some cooking oil so they would be flaming for a while...
