slayer25k is just one of 30 nicknames I have.
The story behind this one is fairly easy:
It was probably about 2 years ago when some guys made a fake account on a Facebook-like page to impost and make fun of me.
I decided to take a look at it but needed an account - a dupe one.
At the time, a friend of mine has bought a new CD of the band Slayer and said that I need to listen to it - I never did and put the CD aside.

As you can guess now - I was in need of a nickname for the dupe account and it all went this way:

Mhh.. I need a cool nickname *throws a glance at the CD* - Ah, yeah! That's cool! - Damn, It's already assigned to somebody else... Maybe a number or something awkward like that helps.... 2.......5...... mh.. 25? 25k! Harharhar!

Et voilà!
It's a pretty stupid story - but I never took nicknames too serious.

I can't decide which ones my "true all-time-favorites" are, but ARIA, Nanoha, Dennou Coil, Bartender, Akazukin, Potemayo and Damekko Doubutsu are certainly one of them!
Just check my MYSUPERCOOLANIMELIST - Every anime with 10pts. can be considered as a ..favorite.. probably..
