[Question] Xbox 360 to PS2 Controller Converter?

Hey guys, I've been doing some searching trying to figure out if there are any converters out there to allow one to use an Xbox 360 controller on the PS2. I have seen a couple Xbox to PS2 converters, if not sure if that would include 360 as well since well, I don't have either Xbox and have very limited experience with either the original or the 360.

Although I've been a big fan of the dualshock controller for years now, the positioning of the analog stick on the ps2 controller just isn't agreeing with my wrist anymore, and the 360 controller has the stick where the ps2 has the d-pad, which from what I've found seems a lot more natural ergonomically when the stick is used more often (read, in almost every ps2 game I play).

Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

The Xbox controller connector is different than the 360's, since that uses a USB port.

A USB to PS2 controller converter might work, if there is such a thing, but I honestly don't know.
