Great. The company responsible for making such amazing movies as Ghost Rider and Bratz is going to make yet another fantastic film. I'm really looking forward to it.
Hints should be taken

Aww man..How far will they go? This is definately gonna go down in history like the DoA live action >.>. If this stays a cg then I'll accept it. Otherwise, no. But then again, each tekken character has different nationalities. It might be possible. They just have to do it right.

DOA was a masterpiece, considering the source material.

Personally. I can't wait to see this. Considering the recent videogame-movie flops (Double Dragon, Street Fighter, Final Fantasy: Spirits Within just to name a few). It's finally time that we get a really good director. And a great cast to back up this legendary franchice.

I'm always worried when videogame movies are announced. Very worried. There's just SO much that can go wrong... and something always does.

I'll probably stay away from this.

@Megalith
So, SOOOOO very true about the DoA movie you are. Sunglases of doom, LMAO

As for the Tekken movie, as long as it's just a movie filled with kick ass martial arts scenes that's all I want. Who needs a deep story for Tekken? And in fact would due the game more justice then trying to get some story driven film out of the license... no? I want to see Taekwondo VS Boxing, Mishima VS Capoeira, Jeet kune do VS Karate, and finally Alex VS Kuma.

At least Uwe Boll isn't involved.

Thank God for that too.

Luckly Uwe Boll can only afford licenses before a game is big. After that it's out of his price range, lol.
