Or you just find a way out of it.

Oh, today's update is Luigi's Mansion.

The idea of an infinite is that you CAN'T break out of it.

Then intentionally mess up your opponent off screen. Simple. It just requires them getting out of rhythm, and I know a lot of rhythm retarded people. <_<

That's a good idea, but in netplay all you can do is D/C, which could possibly be penalized.

I'm sure they won't let you get away with disconnects, but if you're just going for random battles, there's gonna be too much going on to even attempt to pull of an infinite.

I dunno. Did you watch the movies? There's not much skill involved with Falco's infinite. You just spam the blaster and bounce him all the way across the board, or pin him against the wall and jack his damage up to 300%. Short of the other players coming to your rescue, you're kinda screwed. Doubly so if EVERYONE plays Falco.

I have seen the video, so I know what you're talking about. Like you said, people would probably whore out Fox's wallshine infinite as well since it's easier to pull of this time around.

The thing being though, is that how many that are going to play online are going to be able to successfully pull the glitches off during random matches. Maybe against friends, whom they know how to play, but these seem more of a hassle to pull off.

The falco thing though you need to hit the ground hard and be shot right as you do to make it work. Now I'm assuming that with most average and above players it'd be instintual to tech recover before hitting the ground. And if you're in a situation where you cant its most likely the falco player wouldnt be ready to start blasting.

Anyone else as nerdy as me, already making a list of quotes to use for the Text taunts?

Hey, is anyone else going to the Brawl tourney in San Francisco this Saturday? I might go pending a car repair, but if I make it, I think it'll be cool to meet up!

Who cares about the Dojo? I've actually played the damn thing!

Oh, and nice Pokey avatar. I remember seeing a thin Pokey in that same art style somewhere...

IT'S A DAMN GOOD EXCUSE FOR POSTCOUNT++ AND FINDING OUT RANDOM TIDBITS OF INFORMATION.

Stages and character updates are pretty useless to us though. If they give us gameplay information, then that's a different story. I wouldn't have known about the Pivot Grab if the Dojo said nothing about it.

Excuses excuses!

But on a side note though, has someone set up a list of people that is going to be playing SSBB on GFF? If so, I missed it.

It's probably best to wait until the damn thing comes out and make a wiki entry with the friend codes.

If anyone is interested, BrawlCentral has a live stream running of Brawl gameplay. Even though it's just computers fighting each other, it's still pretty cool to watch.

QUESTION.

Is it possible for my little sister and I to play the game online at the same time? I hear this is a feature that will be included for Mario Kart, but I haven't heard anything about SSBB. It'd be so awesome if it's possible.

DN Theme postponed for the duration of my trip.
