[PS3] Cooking Guide: Can't Decide What To Eat? PROTIP: THIS IS THE MGS4 THREAD

I cant help but give a standing ovation (but since I'm in a library I might as well stare in awe).

I like how Kojima pulled a fast one on me with the release date.

I also like how this MGS has a much more serious tone, I mean the others were serious but they also had little jokes here and there especially in the trailers. This one seems more dark and serious so far.

Well.. Get right stopped at 65% on downloading that RAR file. Why? File was removed from the site. GG.

with the dialouge in the beginning and the final Snake scene kinda depressed me

Very impressed with Raiden's matured look. This time it should be Crispin Freeman to voice act as him and not Quinton Flynn. He looks more impressive than Grey Fox.

The one in Hunter's sig seemed to work (even on cable it took it a good minute for the "save" dialouge box open).

Wow. Simply Amazing.

That is the greatest thing to come out of this year's E3.

Kojima wins E3, hands down. This will be an E3 to remember.

Why is Snake using a suit that can mimic the enivronments, but his face is untouched. Wouldn't it have more advantage to use Optic Camouflage like the past titles?

Althought the trailer was awsome I'm betting that 90% of the scenes will be taken out in the final product or redone. They always do that ~_~
I also didn't find the mechs very threatening.

That's what I was thinking. But from a gameplay and graphics standpoint the chameleon suit is better. You crouch to activate it and you get to watch graphical bliss while it changes texture. Maybe it takes up less power than the optic camo or something.

Except Snake can't even damage them with a gun. His only option is to hide. I'll bet you'll feel different when 2 or 3 of them are relentlessly chasing you down (like the Terminator) and you can't even damage them.

Hence 'No Place to Hide'. Happy about the trailer, but it's not the best thing of E3. Even though it's not finished, the idea of Wii, for me, a new way to play and experience games is way more exciting than an assemble of cut-scenes from a game.

Who says the stinger will return? Besides, even if Snake does get a Stinger/RPG, he'll get it near the end of the game. For the most part the Gekkos will be unstopable killing machines that you must run from (besides, one of the game's major themes is psychological warfare, so you can bet that Kojima is going to get our hearts pounding in fear of these things).

Who else thinks the new Foxhound team was formed AGAIN by The Patriots? Wouldn't surprise me.

Also, as it was noted earlier, I'm pretty sure it's Frank Jeager's tombstone that Snake is visiting.

Is Kojima fooling anyone with this OLD SNAKE FIRES TRAILER .mpg stuff? Does anyone actually think Snake will kill himself?

I want to play this game, but I'm not going to spend $650 to do it.

You only have to spend $550 is you want to own, and far less if you simply rent a PS3.

We never get to see the name on the tombstone. It could be: Greyfox, Big Boss, the Boss (though I doubt it), or Olga's grave. Hell, it could even be Stillman or something.

Same reason she has a Foxhound tatoo on her arm, because she's a fan of Foxhound. Foxhound was disbanded.
