Yeah but it's been tested without soldering the battery. So j00 don't need to.

I'll let someone else do this for me. A psp battery around here is like 8 bucks u.u.

@ sepharite : in that forum, it says you still need a spare battery. Or I'm probably reading it wrong X.x

Maybe I should let the slim be then. I have no choice but to buy silent hill origins so I can play it on my hdtv.

Really? Are you pressing Square in the Pandora Battery Creator program? A lot sources tell me it's possible. I don't know what's wrong. =/ But hah, if its $8, just buy one, don't waste time soldering that mofo.

Nah. What I'm saying is that I accidently pressed the triangle before pressing square. I guess the result in pressing square (to create the eeprom)during your second time in pandora's creator program fucks it all up. Does anyone have that eeprom? maybe it might work if someone gives me that.. I have it but it's still too late =/.

EDIT : I forgot about that msipl bullshit. So I did it but the thing is, it doesn't ask me that question "Write ABS Sectore 0x10 to 0x1E" or to press Y and enter. Any ideas?

EDIT 2 : Here's a screenshot

Spoiler:

EDIT 3 : Back up completed. I had reformat the stick with the msformat cmd prompt. My phat is fine now..Now to try this shit again >.>;

WTf is that shit Nabbie?

Classics gets boring quickly.

I need some more rhythm games.

DJ Max Portable 2 is rather boring since I can't do 3 missions.

DJ Max 1 is also boring since I am unable to do 99% rate ~_~

Taiko no Tatsujin Portable 1 and 2 is boring as f$%k, not so much rhythm based and I hate the controls. Not only that I have idea WTF the interface is saying. (It would be fun if I understood the interface but w/e ~___~)

Now I am dling that game where you roll shit in to big ass ball. <- i am looking forward to it since PS2 kickced ass.

PSP got so little games.

I want Yggdra Union but its 2008.

Riviera sucked, GBA port and couldn't even unlock bathscene 2 since its literally impossible to hit X 16 times under 4 seconds.

Sigh...

Come on, there are a ton of great PSP games out there. Maybe you're just restricting yourself to a few genres?

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (and I liked Ac!d and Ac!d2)
Silent Hill: Origins
Jeanne D'Arc
Castlevania: the Dracula X Chronicles
Megaman Powered Up
Megaman Maverick Hunter X
Monster Hunter Freedom 1/2 (some people like it, I found it boring)
Lumines 1/2
Gurumin
Tales of Eternia (if you don't have the PS1 version)

...and there are a lot more. Frankly, I think it has at least 75% as many good games as the DS, people just don't give the system a chance.

Man how I love my PSP with CFW! I've had it for a month or two and it's great, there are some real good games and I totally love how you can play old PSX isos on it and very easily too. At the moment I'm playing Persona (the old PSX one) and I'm loving it. I've tried the SNES emulator too, it has some ways to go, but it seems very promising (one of the reasons I got a PSP was for emulation)!

Anyways, what I wanted to know what good games are coming and if there's a good site with info on future releases that's easy to navigate and has a list of games that are already out and so on? Most sites I've been on are too hard to find any info on and won't tell me much the different games unless I know what game I'm looking for.

Does anyone know a good place to find out which firmware each game in the psp catalogue requires?

Failing that, what about just these games:

Ultimate Ghosts n Goblins
Lumines
Castlevania
Disgaea
FFT
LocoRoco
Exit
Lemmings

edit: found one: List of PlayStation Portable firmware compatibilities - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Disgaea and GnG aren't listed though. Is that because they don't require an update?

You're right. It shouldn't make a difference though. What with the PSP being fully free of regional lockout, you can play a Euro version on any kind of PSP.

I guess the big thing I'm waiting for now is the ability to play Playstation Store-bought games (not from the PSX section) on the PSP.

Mainly Beats.
