Helloween can take Game10.

The easiest way to fix the unbalanced evil is to make each of them independent of the other in terms of a end-game victory.

Game would be over if one of the following happens:

NO evil forces remain
Only the wolves remain
Only the mafia remains

Aww, but I wanted to test out my god idea on the next werewolf by being the next mod. Oh well Helloween has priority it seems. It should be fun to do something simple for a change.

Helloween has game ten? Argh, I should've asked when I had the chance.

Anyway, before I forget, I'd like to sign up for the ballot for Werewolf 11 if that's possible. The wait should give me enough time to think over my ideas for Werewolf and see if I can come up with anything new and/or interesting.

Also, the game idea with the evil and good gods has potential.

This is going to be an all out war of who wants to be the Mod for the games to come. Kinda reminds me of the story of Troy.

Very good point. We still need to figure out how mods are going to be assigned in upcoming games.

But who's gonna do it? And how do we know if they'll be truthful or not?

I'll do it, 'cause I don't want to mod and don't care who does!

This is the third "Your Sanctuary" location. But it's mine now.
Take it from me, if you dare...

Good idea but what is to stop the person who uses it, to put someones name in more than once to get who they want to mod the game.

Edit: Beaten by Razgriz 3. lol

How about everyone put their name in the hat now, I'll go use ChocoDecide, and I'll post the result. I'll be sure to put each name in only once and only run it once. I don't care who wins, so I think I can be unbiased. That, and I don't trust anyone else enough to do it.

I've been thinking about it, and I think good needs more of an edge to level the playing field. Personally I don't know where to start; maybe allow vigilantes to learn a seer's or fool's results for the day, or for someone from a special class (villagers?) to become a vigilante should one of them fall. Anything, because as it is the scales are weighed too much in evil's favor.

I like the idea of a Vigilante being part of a group. Maybe, as a test, we could try a game where the Vigilante is one of the Masons.

If anyone else wants to mod Game 11, either PM me or post here before the next game begins.

That should give people plenty of time to gather their thoughts.

I think the Smart Vigilante mod from the 24 game has worked best thus far. The mod chose one of the seers' checks at random and sent that info to the Vigilantes. Sometimes it was useful and other times it wasn't, like when YeOldeButchere got the info confirming that he really was a Vigilante. They need to be kept seperated from teams or else they aren't vigilantes anymore.

I originally put my name down to mod back in, oh gosh, i think it was May or June. If i'm to mod this next game, i'm cool wit dat.

I'd like to know what popular feeling is towards both of my ideas, whether to do the knights themed one, or a simpler times version. I'm sensing some negativity towards Simpler Times, but i sort of expected that.

I have some other ideas i'd like to throw out there, and experiment with this coming game, but i'll bring them up when i find out for sure if i'm modding or not.

I'd like to do the Knights of the Round Table game, personally. Simpler times sounds like an okay idea, but nights in Werewolf are unproductive enough as is. Nobody really talks about stuff at night, anyway, since strategy can't be discussed at that time.

Just a thought. How long until Werewolf gets it's own subforum?
