GFF is a hellhole full of elitists who chat about everything EXCEPT games. We have a team of dedicated moderators who will ban your ass on the slightest provocation, constant member-organized activities that you are not allowed to participate in, and plenty of custom features, including our unique journal system where you can post entries that will be completely ignored. If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ or our GFWiki. You will have to register before you can post. Although membership is completely free (and gets rid of the pesky advertisement unit underneath this message) we do not recommend that you sign up, because you will get kicked in the nuts repeatedly.

Haha, we got lucky. Good thing you didn't accuse Mr. Rock :P 2008 Gamingforce Composition Competition Join now, or your backside gets it! |

I was hoping to get all of the Werewolves with every strike for killing what would've been an epic vigilante combo, but eliminating another Evil team works just as well!
It's a good thing I opted not to kill RockgamerXIII on the second night once I reconsidered the fact that Team Devin loyalties would've prevented him from killing Tritoch in the first place.Tritoch, I have avenged you! ![]() It's almost a shame nobody suspected me of anything eeevil, either. I was thinking up of a cryptic pseudo-speech for my defense that only nuttyturnip and maybe Zergrinch would figure out its true meaning. ![]() |

Still liked the game, but didn't do much except go with the flow (like I normally do). Was the only valid way I could cover up as a mason. <_<
I hoping to do a little more in the next game. |
|
Didn't matter. It was already obvious after Day 2 who were the masons. Actually, Yeoldebutchere's act of self-voting was unnecessary, unless of course if evil were not paying attention!

Wasn't really much for me to do in this game, and unfortunately I weakened the powers of my role by taking a gamble that LZ was lying. That essentially made me look evil, and of course that meant that Good would be targetting me, which of course isn't what I wanted.
I didn't want to outright reveal my role though, because that would make me even more useless (because what reason is there to kill a known Hunter?), so I just tried to keep my mouth shut after that (so much so that I actually forgot to vote during this last day). Oh well, as good as the rest of the good guys were, my services weren't really needed anyway. |
I hadn't considered Dull at all though. gj dull ![]() |

I just blend in easily. No scheming on my part at all, just simple low-key behavior.

Anyway, great game Good. I didn't pay very much attention after dying on night one, but checked in every so often. Does anyone have plans to host the next game yet? Spoiler:

Good times, everybody. It seemed like Good just went all out, kamikaze, this game and Bad was, I dunno . . . shall we say, unfocused? I admit I had trouble keeping track of everything and just went with gut decisions. It's weird to play as an evil role that's also solo. I think it made me place self-preservation above all else a lot. Didn't really care if good lost or if evil lost because, well, evil loners aren't supposed to be team players, you know? The Warlock is a weird role in general because there's no good reason for anybody to target you. In hindsight, there may have been something to pretending to accidentally give myself away as a different evil role, but even if I'd thought of that, would I have chosen to kill the right person? Maybe. It's risky to try to get killed early on when it'll be effective if it works, and it's risky to wait too long trying to make sure you're target is sure. By the time I thought of, "Well, should I try getting killed now? So-and-so is almost definitely Good," it wasn't worth it. If I could do it again, I'd have just gone with a hunch and at least used my weird power early in the game like Rat did. So yeah, fascinating and stuff.

Dude, if you looked at voting patterns, ALL the masons (except Chaotic) were revealed after Day 2. In night 3 of course, the other candidate (Amayirot) was handily killed, thus revealing Mr. Chaotic.
After night 3, you got nuttyturnip and the masons, as well as lurker who was definitely not werewolf. I believe this was also when LZ came out as a seer and started accusing. So, there really wasn't a shortage of targets mate ![]() 2008 Gamingforce Composition Competition Join now, or your backside gets it! |

If it makes you feel better Rock, I wasn't too sure about you being evil. A lot of times it seems like good gets swept up in evil schemes, because good isn't generally as well organized. If you're some schmuck all by yourself, how can you tell if you're providing cover for evil guys or not?
Guru was piss obvious though. |
The only person I give credit for playing well this game is Identity Crisis. |

That is, of course, until we found out he'd been protected. Of course, looking back, seeing how early he revealed his own role, we should have seen that one coming a mile away. Oh well. ![]() I've still got a lot of learning to do. ![]() "Hey! You're that special ops they sent in behind enemy lines, aren't you? What did they call you... The 'Bionic Commando'. I sure hope your results are better than that name!"
