GFF is a hellhole full of elitists who chat about everything EXCEPT games. We have a team of dedicated moderators who will ban your ass on the slightest provocation, constant member-organized activities that you are not allowed to participate in, and plenty of custom features, including our unique journal system where you can post entries that will be completely ignored. If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ or our GFWiki. You will have to register before you can post. Although membership is completely free (and gets rid of the pesky advertisement unit underneath this message) we do not recommend that you sign up, because you will get kicked in the nuts repeatedly.

The town exploded in a cacophony of accusations, with the names of over half its active defenders tossed out as possible lynch candidates. An early lead built against the purveyor of pink Pokemon. Arguments were to be had from nazpyro, nuttyturnip, Shin (who suddenly demanded to be called Dennis Franz), and Crash Landon, all of which speculated on the optimal first night recruit - would it be someone strategic, or someone nondescript?
The names kept coming. Capo! Chaotic! Crash Landon! Diss! Garr! Identity Crisis! juanzen! Lukage! Shin! StarmanDX! Tafer! The_Griffin! In the meantime, the magistrates scurried about stuffing the ballot boxes with the names of people they had a grudge against. Realizing his precarious situation, Tritoch pleaded in his best Jigglypuff imitation voice. Please spare me! I was aborted as a fetus during my previous life! Have mercy, if you have a shred of mercy left in you, spare me! Sympathizing with the nigh-catatonic Tritoch, and realizing that absent Kilroy would be unable to retaliate, votes slowly but surely shifted towards the latter. Though only a plurality convicted him, it was enough to force a decision despite the magistrates' best efforts in vote-stuffing. The absent victim was quickly roused from his quarters. Despite his protestations of innocence, his skull soon made acquaintances with a bloodied rock. Final Vote Tally:
Kilroy's Role:
It is now Night One PLAYERS: 22 | Good: 16 | Evil: 5 | Dead: 1 I expect actions from Werewolves, Vampires, Vigilantes, Villagers, and the Necromancer in 48 hours, which would be Saturday, April 19, 9 AM EST. Preemptive Clarifications Actions will be applied in the following priority - Protect > Check > Kill > Priest (Convert) > Evil (Recruit) This means, a Shaman's protection will take precedence over ALL other actions, blocking them all. If someone is checked, the role returned will be the role before any conversions or recruitments. If an evil player is recruited by the other team, nothing happens. But if he was targetted for conversion, the recruitment succeeds.

Oh hell, that's twice in a row I've been pseudo-responsible for the death of a Vigilante. I'd feel bad if Kilroy hadn't been completely absent anyway.

Well, that makes me feel better. "He's not here, guys! It's all right!"
I oughtta... do something besides feeling maggots creeping in my gums. ![]() What part of Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn didn't you understand? |

The Vigilante had a clear target - he felt that the sudden shift in voting towards his fellow Vigilante was very suspicious. Clutching his bludgeon, the village protector made his way towards Tritoch's hut.
Noting that the illuminated house meant company, he hugged the darkness, nudged the door slightly ajar, and peered in. Tritoch was slumped over his desk, with notes scattered all over, fast asleep. Rejoicing at his good fortune, the Vigilante brought his weapon hard against the back side of the sleeper's neck. Tritoch did not react, as an audible snap resulting in a hangman's fracture ended his life. Tritoch's Role:
Hours later, two vampires floated inside Tritoch's hut, looking to bring the man into their fold. At the least, he would make a dandy lynch scapegoat, they thought. The lead vampire espied the slumping figure, and mistaking it for sleep, bit down on the neck. The act completely severed Tritoch's spinal cord, and the lead vampire recoiled in mild surprise. "Looks like someone beat us to it." "Let's get back to the manor," said the second, who was distinctly unnerved by the grotesque 180-degree turn of Tritoch's head still in the clutches of his leader's hands. "We don't have much time before sunrise." The two silently soared towards the moonlit sky, the second vampire suddenly undergoing a crisis of confidence which may prove the key to his personal salvation. Little did he know that a man of great faith has successfully cleansed his soul from the taint of vampiric evil. Meanwhile, another member of the Village was bitten and converted by the Werewolves. Summary:
Player List:
Day Two has broken. PLAYERS: 22 | Good: 15 | Evil: 5 | Dead: 2 I expect actions from Magistrates and Shamans (I am moving the deadline of the Preachers from day to night) as well as your lynch votes, in 48 hours. This would be Monday, April 21, 9 AM EST. 2008 Gamingforce Composition Competition Join now, or your backside gets it! |

Real mature of the Vigilante to kill me anyway since the whole reason people allowed me to live was because I died almost right away in the last game. That's twice in a row a Vig has killed me on the first night possible, and I don't really care that he was at least right this time since the vamps tried to recruit me. I really hope you get lynched today, whoever you are. May even see the start of a :trigrudge: here.
Way to make Kilroy's death utterly pointless! |

I obtained some info last night, but I'm not sure how useful it is. I was told that The_Griffin is a Vampire; however, there are two problems:
1) I could be a fool 2) One of the Vampires was purified last night, so The_Griffin may no longer be evil. So, we could kill Griffin, or we could hope he's good now and pump him for information. Or I could be way off base, but we've got nothing better to go on. |
|
Best way to confirm that without wasting a kill is to try to purify him tonight. If it works, he was a Vampire, if not, there's one wasted kill that we prevented.

My check last night confirmed that I'm a Fool, so I've got nothing to offer. Assuming there was a set number of Seers and Fools, though, that boosts the chances of the other Villagers being Seers.
Everything's pretty much up in the air at the moment. Missing a vote is more conspicuous than not, so I'm leaning towards going for one of yesterday's lone voters. But I'll wait in case anyone has something to say. |
That's not to say we should just go and lynch The_Griffin, I just don't think that's the best way of finding out. |
|
Jesus, someone was hellbent on seeing Tritoch die.
![]() I also am not too sure about the situation. I think I might know what's up, but waiting for more votes seems to me to be a decent idea right now. ![]() "Hey! You're that special ops they sent in behind enemy lines, aren't you? What did they call you... The 'Bionic Commando'. I sure hope your results are better than that name!"
|
3) You could be evil and trying to mislead us. Just saying... The wolves do seem to have a strong game plan going |
|
Gentlemen, you have 24 hours to come to a decision. I am recording two votes so far:
Capo: 1 (Lukage) Lukage: 1 (knkwzrd) 2008 Gamingforce Composition Competition Join now, or your backside gets it! |

Well, we can always ask Griffin what he knows. We certainly have enough seers to check things out during the next night. A fool's info doesn't necessarily give the wrong affiliation, so he could be evil.
We don't really have a lot to go on yet, so I'm gonna vote for Griffin until new info comes to light. ![]() This is the third "Your Sanctuary" location. But it's mine now. Take it from me, if you dare... |
